Switching between organisations

One Amaniq account can belong to multiple organisations — for example, if you run two separate businesses, or if you are a bookkeeper who manages accounts for several clients.


Switching organisations

  1. Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. You will see a list of all organisations your account belongs to, each with its plan and your role.
  3. Click any organisation to switch to it.

Switching triggers a full page reload. This is intentional — it is the safest way to make sure no data from one organisation is ever visible in another.


Creating a new organisation

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Click New organisation.
  3. Enter the company name and choose a country.
  4. The new organisation starts on a Free plan with its own 14-day trial.

Each organisation is completely separate — its own data, its own subscription, its own team members.


What your role means

Each organisation you belong to has a role assigned to you:

OwnerEverything — including deleting the organisation, managing billing, and inviting/removing users
AdminSame as Owner except cannot delete the organisation
AccountantCreate, edit, and view all records — cannot manage users or billing
ViewerRead-only access — cannot create or delete anything

Your role is set by the person who invited you, or automatically set to Owner if you created the organisation.
