Billing and subscription

Go to Settings → Billing to manage your Amaniq subscription.

All prices are VAT-inclusive (18% VAT is included in the listed price).

Yearly plans save approximately 17% compared to paying monthly.


Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
  3. Enter your payment details and phone number.
  4. Pay via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa, or card.

Your plan is activated immediately after payment is confirmed.


Payment methods

Amaniq accepts:

  • M-Pesa — enter your M-Pesa phone number at checkout; you receive a push notification to confirm
  • Airtel Money — same flow via Airtel
  • Halopesa — same flow via Halopesa
  • Card — Visa/Mastercard

All payments are processed by Snippe, a licensed Tanzanian payment provider.


Subscription invoices

Every subscription payment generates a tax invoice from Amaniq (Ecosoul Limited). The invoice includes an EFD receipt issued to TRA — so your subscription cost is a documented, auditable business expense.

You receive the invoice by email. You can also download it from the Billing page at any time.


Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation:

  • You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for
  • At the end of the period, your account moves to the Free plan automatically
  • Your data is not deleted

Trial period

New accounts receive a 14-day trial of the Professional plan with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you have subscribed.


What happens to my data if I don't pay?

Your data is never deleted when a subscription lapses. If you do not renew, you move to the Free plan — you can still view all your historical records, download reports, and export your data. You just cannot create new invoices, run payroll, or access premium features until you resubscribe.
