The guided tour

When you log in for the first time after completing the setup wizard, Amaniq shows you a short guided tour. It highlights the key parts of the interface so you know where to find things.


What the tour covers

The tour walks you through the main sections one by one:

  1. Dashboard — where to see your income, expenses, and profit at a glance
  2. New Expense — how to capture a receipt
  3. Invoices — where your client invoices live
  4. Payroll — where you manage employees and generate payslips
  5. Bank Reconciliation — where you match your bank statement to your records
  6. Reports — VAT return, analytics, and TRA exports

Each step shows a tooltip on the relevant button or section. You can skip forward, go back, or dismiss the tour at any time.


Restarting the tour

If you dismissed the tour and want to see it again:

  1. Click Help in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Restart guided tour.

The tour restarts from the beginning.


The tour is a guide, not a lock

The tour can be running in the background while you use the app normally. If you click away to do real work while a tooltip is open, nothing breaks — just reopen Help and restart the tour when you want to continue.
