Help and support
Amaniq includes an in-app support form so you do not need a local email program to contact support.
Open Help -> Help center from the top navigation. Use the form to choose the request category, enter the customer email address, add a short subject, and describe what you need. The Quick Requests panel can prefill training, setup, and error-report drafts that you can edit before sending.
If Amaniq's email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the request is still saved in the platform and the page shows a warning instead of losing the message. For urgent requests, email support@ecosoul.tech as well.
Use the category that best matches the request:

| Report an error | A clear bug, failed screen, or wrong result |
For error reports, include the page URL, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any steps that reproduce the problem.
