Company settings

Go to Settings → Company to configure your company's legal details. This information appears on your invoices, payslips, and exported reports.

Basic information

  • Company name — your legal registered business name
  • TIN — your Tax Identification Number from TRA (9 digits)
  • VRN — your VAT Registration Number, if you are VAT-registered (format: 8 digits followed by a letter, e.g. 40322216T)
  • Business type — sole trader, partnership, limited company, etc.
  • Industry — used for WCF rate calculation
  • Country — determines which tax rules and rates apply

Contact details

  • Physical address — appears on invoices and official documents
  • Phone number — shown on invoices
  • Email — your business contact email
  • Website — optional; shown on invoices if provided

Upload your company logo. It appears in the header of all invoices, payslips, and PDFs generated by Amaniq. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG. The logo is displayed with its original proportions — do not upload a stretched or distorted image.

VAT settings

  • VAT registered — check this if you have a VRN and charge VAT on your sales
  • VAT start date — the date your VAT registration became effective. Amaniq uses this to determine which invoices should include VAT.

Invoice settings

  • Invoice number prefix — the prefix for your invoice sequence (e.g. INV). Your invoices will be numbered INV-2026-001, INV-2026-002, etc.
  • Starting invoice number — if you are migrating existing invoices into Amaniq, set this to the next number in your existing sequence so there are no gaps.
  • Invoice footer text — optional text that appears at the bottom of every invoice (e.g. banking details, payment terms).

Bank account

Add your company bank account details. These appear in the payment section of your invoices so clients know where to send payment.

  • Bank name
  • Account name
  • Account number
  • Branch name
  • SWIFT code (for international transfers)

Branches

If your company has multiple branches, go to Settings → Company → Branches to add them. Each branch can have its own name, address, logo, and contact details. When creating an invoice, you can assign it to a specific branch — the invoice header will show the branch's details while the legal footer uses the parent company's TIN and VRN.
