Before you start

Amaniq works best on a laptop or desktop computer. Open it in your browser at amaniq.ecosoul.tech. Chrome or Firefox recommended.

Registration

1. Go to amaniq.ecosoul.tech and click Sign Up.
2. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters).
3. Enter your company name — this will appear on your invoices and payslips.
4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Click Create account.

You will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Click the link in that email before you continue. Until your email is verified, you cannot access the main features.

Did not receive the email? Check your spam folder. If it is not there, go back to the login page, sign in, and click Resend verification email.

What happens after you verify

After verifying your email, you are taken directly into the Setup Wizard — a short, skippable walkthrough that helps you get your company information, EFD credentials, and first records in place.

You do not have to complete the wizard immediately. You can skip any step and return to it later from Settings.
